Project: Adamson No.5 - a refined collection of sixteen artfully designed residences, moments from Church Street, Brighton.

Brief: Convey a sense of FOMO for Boomers looking to realise equity in the family home. Adamson No.5 isn’t just a bayside address. It comes with a lifestyle desired by many but experienced by a select few.
Deliverables: All copy, key messaging, taglines, captions and headings for sales brochure and website.
Highlights: The brand niche for this project suited some real high-falutin’ copy. I was able to spread out and get a bit poetic with some of this copy:
‘A place to gather and build memories - all set to a soundtrack of overlapping
conversations, shared histories and the soft sigh of a champagne cork eased free.’
