A bit about this project.

Client: Far East Consortium.

Project: West Side Place is a $1billion complex of four luxury apartment towers. On completion, they will become some of the tallest buildings in Naarm/Melbourne.

Brief: Sell Melbourne as a city that rewards the curious - a bustling network of iconic laneways that invites the curious explorer to discover the hidden boutiques, Insta-worthy street art and micro-bars that give the city its’ unique cultural identity.

Deliverables: All copy, taglines, captions and headings for sales brochure and website.

Highlights: I snagged an invite to the opening event for this landmark project. Over 500 sales agents were wined and dined in a huge convention space, complete with acrobats, drummers and dancing dragons. The project lead took the stage and kicked off her speech with my tagline:

‘Once Imagined. Now Completed’.
