A bit about this project.

Client: GrowthOps.

Project: GrowthOps began as 8 independent businesses, across advertising, technology, and leadership development. I was GrowthOps’ in-house writer, supporting content development across the organisation. One of my first gigs was to develop an engaging internal user guide for Slack.

Brief: Develop a fun and engaging Slack user guide aimed at a Gen X/Gen Y demographic who were resistant to adopting a new collaborative platform.

Deliverables: All copy, taglines, captions, headings and sub-headings.

Highlights: Loved the playful and engaging Tone of Voice of this piece. I reckon I nailed the brief but I’ll let you be the judge of that.
